Services

ClientFollowUps provides patient follow-up and communication services designed to help dental practices improve lead response, appointment scheduling, recalls, and reactivation. Services may include missed call follow-up, messaging, reminders, and related support.

ClientFollowUps does not guarantee specific results, patient volumes, or revenue outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including practice operations, staffing, and patient behavior.

Use of Services

You agree to use ClientFollowUps only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with any professional, regulatory, or industry requirements applicable to your practice.

Billing and Payments

Fees for services are communicated prior to onboarding and are billed on a recurring basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. By purchasing services, you authorize ClientFollowUps to charge the payment method on file for agreed-upon fees.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Cancellation

You may cancel services by providing a 30 day written notice in accordance with your agreement or billing terms. Cancellation requests apply to future billing cycles and do not result in refunds for services already rendered.

Third-Party Services

ClientFollowUps may use third-party tools and platforms to deliver services. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or actions of third-party providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClientFollowUps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Modifications

ClientFollowUps reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
