ClientFollowUps was founded by Jakody Huckaby after spending years working inside the dental and healthcare software industry, supporting hundreds of practices through companies like Internet Brands, iMatrix, and Officite. During that time, he saw how messy, complicated systems and overwhelmed front desk teams made follow-up unreliable — leading to missed calls, unreturned leads, and patients quietly falling through the cracks. Even great practices were losing revenue not because of a lack of demand, but because their processes weren’t built to keep up. ClientFollowUps was created to simplify that, making patient follow-up consistent and reliable so practices can grow without adding more staff or more stress.
